Newly-appointed Head Coach for Swedru All Blacks Kassim Mingle Ocansey has called for support from the club as he seeks to “achieve what we want”.

He has pledged to cooperate with all stakeholders of the club, particularly the supporters, to chalk this feat.

Speaking for the first time since his appointment, Kassim Mingle, who also doubles as the Black Galaxies coach, stressed the support has to be “maximum”.

“I am happy to be here,” he stated, “and I’ll need their support.

“They should give me maximum support that the club gives. I cannot win alone.”

Kassim Mingle, who until recently was the Head Coach of Nations FC, was appointed by Ozii Ozaa on Tuesday following the termination by mutual consent of the contract with Egyptian Ahmed Ibrahim Fathi.

Fathi left with his Video Assistant, Mohammed Adily, on health grounds.

Appointed just before the club’s Ghana Premier League return, the Egyptian coach is leaving them at 11th on the log with 24 points.

Kassim Mingle Ocansey assured that with the support of all, they will achieve the “necessary results”.

“They have to support me to achieve what we want.

“I am going to cooperate with them for us to achieve the necessary reuslts.”

The Black Magicians next match in the League will be away to champions Bibiani Gold Stars before Kassim Mingle faces his former side Nations FC in the Round of 16 of the MTN FA Cup.
