Swedru All Blacks United Football Club has officially announced the mutual termination of its contracts with Head Coach Ahmed Fathi and Video Analyst Mohammed Adily, citing health-related reasons for the decision.
The club released a statement on January 27, 2026, emphasizing that the choice was made after careful consideration and with the health and well-being of both individuals as a top priority.
In the release, the management expressed gratitude to Coach Fathi for his professionalism and commitment, noting his significant contributions to the team’s technical development during his tenure.
The club also acknowledged video analyst Mohammed Adily’s immense work in performance analysis and match preparations, thanking both for their dedication and service to Swedru All Blacks.
The statement wished Ahmed Fathi and Mohammed Adily a full and speedy recovery and every success in their future endeavors.
It also indicated that further updates regarding the club’s technical direction will be communicated in due course, hinting at impending changes in the coaching setup as the team navigates its Ghana Premier League campaign.
Swedru All Blacks, currently positioned 11th in the Ghana Premier League with 24 points from 20 games, are seeking stability after recently returning to the top flight following 16 years in Division One.
The departure of Fathi and Adily adds to the club’s management reshuffle, with expectations of new appointments to steer the team away from relegation threats.
