“During the conscription towards the World War, our great grandfather sent a lot of gallant sons to the war front to fight for this nation. However, now when it comes to the issues of recruitment, we are left out. You are part of the north so remember us when it comes to some of these issues,” he said.

The Paramount chief expressed confidence that Mr Nketiah will be able help in this regard.

“When you see a large crowd following a mosquito then know it’s a different kind of a mosquito,” he noted.

Meanwhile, Mr Nketiah has suspended his ‘Thank You Tour’ to facilitate plans for conduct of the party’s branch elections.

The Upper East Region is the latest to be visited by Mr Nketiah as part of the ‘thank You Tour’. He has also visited the Central, Western, Ashanti and Upper West regions.
