Nigeria will play Angola for a place in the last 4 of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.

This follows qualification to the quarter final on Saturday after the Super Eagles beat neighbours Cameroon 2-0 in the Round of 16.

A goal in each half of the game, played at the Félix Houphouët Boigny Stadium, ensured that the three-time champions made it to the next knockout phase.

They will face the Palancas Negras, who earlier in the day beat Namibia’s Brave Warriors 3-0 to make it to the quarter finals.
