Black Stars striker Antoine Semenyo has been nominated as one of seven players for the English Premier League Player of the Month for March.

The AFC Bournemouth forward was named together with Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak, Liverpool’s Alexis Mac Allister, Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz, Chelsea’s Cole Palmer, Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min and Arsenal’s Ben White for the prize.

Semenyo was instrumental in the Cherries unbeaten run in the month of March.

He scored in the 2-0 win at Burnley and got a brace in that astonishing comeback win over Luton Town. That game ended 4-3 to Bournemouth after going 0-3 down.

The winners will be revealed next week.

As a result, fans have up to Monday, April 8 to vote for their preferred nominee.

Bournemouth’s manager Andoni Iraola has also been nominated Manager of the Month, alongside Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta, Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp and Tottenham’s Ange Postecoglou.
