Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have moved to 3rd on the standings after a goalless draw against Nations FC on Saturday.
The Matchday 5 game took place at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex at Abrankese on a soggy pitch after an early downpour.
This made play difficult for both sides on the pitch.
The two sides, therefore, shared the spoils as the Porcupine Warriors remain unbeaten so far in the 2025/26 league.
Asante Kotoko moved to 3rd but on the same points – 8 – Hearts of Oak and Vision FC, who thrashed champions Bibiani Goldstars 3-0 in the other game played on Saturday.
Asante Kotoko’s next game will be at home against Young Apostles but that will be postponed as a result of the CAF Confederation Cup first leg against Wydad Casablanca.
Nations FC’s next game will be away to Dreams FC.
