The Ghanaians pushed hard after the recess but could only pull one back.
It was an end to a campaign that has qualified the Satellites to the 2025 U-20 AFCON, alongside the Flying Eagles.
It ended 2-1.
Earlier in the day, Ivory Coast beat Niger by the same scoreline to win Bronze.
