The Western North Region member of the Council of State, Michael Aidoo has donated 100 mono desks and chairs to the Chiefs and people of Humjibre for use by pupils of the Humjibre D/A Primary and Junior High School in the Sefwi Bekwai Traditional Area.
This intervention addresses the long-standing challenge of inadequate classroom furniture and aims to create a more conducive learning environment.
The donation was received by traditional authorities, school administrators, teachers, and community members, who expressed their appreciation and pledged to maintain the furniture properly.
While community development initiatives often attract public attention, this donation is driven primarily by a commitment to education, social responsibility, and the belief that every child deserves a dignified place to learn.
Chairman Aidoo’s effort is part of a broader mission to support educational development and community empowerment across the Sefwi Bekwai Traditional Area.
