Former Black Stars midfielder Michael Essien is finally done with his football management training under the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
The former Chelsea star flaunted his certificate on X on Friday, November 1, announcing the completion of the “journey”.

He also took the opportunity to thank all those who contributed in helping make the endeavour worthwhile.

Since retiring from professional football, Essien has been with Danish Superliga side Nordsjaelland as part of their coaching staff.
He has honed his coaching skills with the side following their connection with Right to Dream Academy.
During his sterling playing career, Essien featured for Olympique Lyonnais, Real Madrid, AC Milan and Panathinaikos, among other top clubs.
