Folklore was the theme for the Justify Your Inclusion night on Sunday October 5, for the semi-final contestants of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful pageantry.

Afedziwa of the Central Region who came in as Nana Ayekra Adeboe, the first woman king of Denkyira, to honour the ancestral stool in strength and tradition failed to book the grand finale bus despite winning the most eloquent award.

It would have been the fifth time that Afedziwa would have been saved by the judges. But her low votes did not give the judges a reason to give her a grand finale ticket.

She walks home with four awards and twelve nominations.

Bono Region’s Yeli who demonstrated how the Dormaa carried the sacred flame through storms, hunger, and enemies which is still burning bright in the Kwafie Festival equally got evicted from the competition.

Yeli goes home with eight nominations, and two awards.

While others were evicted, Etornam from the Volta Region stole the night with her beautiful war dance called Atrikpui now Agbadza which has transformed into a celebration and the heartbeat of the Ewe people.

Her performance gave goosebumps to judges and audience earning her the Best Costume and Star Performance award and a seat in the grand finale.

This brings to a total of twelve (12) nominations with six (6) Awards under her belt making her the highest award winner in this season.

Etornam, Asakia, Sika, Nana and Adjorkor now have a huge task of making themselves, their region, family and friends proud by winning the coveted title as Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2025.

The big question is, would your favourite contestant win and are you voting for her? October 19th at the National Theatre will tell.
