The Ministry of Health has announced the opening of applications for Ghanaian nurses who wish to be recruited to work in Grenada, following an agreement between the Government of Ghana and the Government of Grenada.
The Ministry in a statement issued on Friday, October 24, 2025 sought applications from experienced and qualified Registered Nurses with specialties, including Critical Care, Accident and Emergency, Public Health, and General Nursing.
According to the Ministry, applicants must meet the regulatory requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana and must have at least five years of professional working experience.
Application commences from Friday, October 24, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

For nurses who would like to apply, the Ministry has requested for the following requirement;
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies of nursing academic certificate
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies of certificate of good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Current and Previous appointment
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies of certificate of criminal record from the Criminal Investigation
- Department of the Ghana Police Service covering the immediate past six (6) months
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies of certificate of change of name where applicable
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies immunization certificate
- Original/ Two (2) Photocopies of the Birth Certificate
- Two (2) copies of an up-to-date curriculum vitae
- Two (2) reference letters dated within the last six (6) months
- An endorsed recent passport size photograph with white background
- Biodata page of passport with two (2) years validity
- Application Form
- Any other relevant document

Candidates are required to submit all the necessary documents including certified copies of qualifications and professional registration on the day of the scheduled interview as unsuitable applications will not be acknowledged.
