Leader and founder of the New Force political movement Nana Kwame Bediako has recounted his journey as a young man from Asokwa in the Ashanti Region.
The business mogul recently unmasked himself as the man behind the New Force political movement with very clear intentions to contest the 2024 elections.
Speaking exclusively to Captain Smart on the Onua Maakye show, Cheddar, as he is popularly known, said: “I come from Asokwa in Kumasi and that was where I lived with my mother at the time.
“My father used to live in Accra and my mum was in Kumasi so when I was eleven years, I made a decision to move to Accra with a little money I had on me to attend a better school.”
He further narrated how he got to Accra to meet siblings he had never known.
“When I got to Accra, I came to meet my siblings I had never seen in my life.”
He, however, believes the experiences he’s had from his childhood through to his recent persona has prepared him enough for whatever challenges he’s likely to face on his new ambition.
“It has all been about my journey in life, places I have been to, sacrifices I’ve had to make along the way and making U-turns are all decisions I’ve had to make in life that have prepared me.
“Today, when I say who I am becoming it means all I have learnt from all the experiences I have been through in my lifetime and experience is the root and foundation of wisdom because you don’t forget it, you learn from it.”
