The Ghana Immigration Service has released a statement indicating the revocation of permit and repatriation of ‘galamsey messiah’ En Huang, otherwise known as Aisha Huang.
In a statement signed by the Comptroller General (CG) of the Service, Kwame Asuah Takyi, Aisha Huang was to exit the jurisdictions of the Republic upon receipt of the letter and barred from reentering until the CG deemed it appropriate.
The letter was served on December 19, 2018.
This has come to bare following the public outcry over the deportation of Aisha Huang.
President of the Republic, Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo had said he is not sure whether Aisha Huang was indeed deported in 2018 or not.
