Black Stars striker Iñaki Williams has been named the 2024/25 Sporty La Liga MVP, coming just a year after winning his maiden gong.
The Athletic Club Deputy Captain beat competition from 19 others including compatriot Abdul Mumin of Rayo Vallecano to emerge winner.
He made 34 appearances for his club in the 2024/25 season, scoring six goals.
He also made 12 appearances in the UEFA Europa League, helping the Bilbao-based side reach the semi-finals.
His contribution to Athletic Club has seen the Red and Whites return to the UEFA Champions League.
Among the players Inaki beat to the award include Ivorian Nicolas Pepe of Villarreal, Nigerian Chrisantus Uche of Getafe, Malian Moussa Diarra and Senegal trio of Pathe Ciss (Rayo), Pape Gueye (Villarreal) and Youssouf Sabaly (Real Betis).
