Goals by Ghanaian players Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp have been nominated for the Goal of the Season at Crystal Palace FC.
Ayew’s goals against Tottenham Hotspur and Everton were nominated for the season-ending awards while Schlupp’s stunning strike against Fulham also gained nomination.
Crystal Palace opened voting for Eagles’ fans to choose which of the 16 goals – including all Goals of the Month this season – will be selected for the award.
The goals cut across the men’s, women’s, U-18 and U-21 teams.
The Award will be presented at a ceremony to be held at Fairfield Halls on Tuesday, May 7.
Among the contenders are Michael Olise (2), Ebere Eze (2), Jesse Derry (2), Jefferson Lerma, Joachim Andersen, Danny Imray, Shauna Guyyat, Araya Dennis (2), and Shanade Hopcroft.
