Black Stars winger Kamaldeen Sulemana registered his name on the scoresheet as Atalanta thrashed Serie A giants Juventus in the quarter-finals of the 2025/26 Coppa Italia Thursday night. 

The Ghanaian came on as a substitute for Gianluca Scamacca in the 70th minute.

Scamacca had put the Nerazzurri ahead in the first half from the spot.

Exactly seven minutes after coming on, Sulemana extended the lead for the Goddess at the New Balance Arena in Bergamo City.

There was one more goal to end the tie 3-0 in favour of the 2024 Europa League champions.

Kamaldeen Sulemana’s goal is his first in the Coppa Italia, having scores twice in the Serie A.

He is expected to start in the Serie A game against Cremonese on Monday.
