Ghanaian actor Clement Bonney, popularly known as Mr. Beautiful, is alleging that fellow actor Agya Koo joined the New Patriotic Party (NPP) after he was denied access to former First Lady Lordina Mahama.

Speaking on 3FM’s Urban Blend show hosted by Blakk Rasta, the actor disclosed how most of the Kumawood actors and actresses turned their backs on former president John Dramani Mahama after the NPP assumed office in 2017.

“Agya Koo had Mama Lordina’s personal number he used to communicate with her.”

According to him, Agyaa Koo mentioned he was refused entry by the security detail of the former First Lady when he tried to visit her, hence making it a personal decision to join the governing New Patriotic party (NPP).

“You can ask Agya Koo if you wish,” he challenged Blakk Rasta.

“I can actually tell you that Mama Lordina wasn’t even aware Agya Koo was coming to see her but according to him, he was refused access to the former First Lady by the policemen at her residence.”

He, however, added there are a lot of others who had benefited from the good gestures of the former President but ended up turning their backs on him.
