The leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch in the Jomoro Constituency in the Western Region has expressed gratitude to the President, John Mahama for nominating their Member of Parliament, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, as the Deputy Minister designate for Transport.
The party also congratulated the MP on her nomination and said this did not come as a surprise due to her hard work.
Madam Affo-Toffey was among the last batch of deputy ministerial positions announced by the President on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
A statement from the Constituency Executives signed by Communications Officer, Lenry Nyamekeh, and copied to 3news.com said they trust in the capabilities of Madam Affo-Toffey.
“We the people of Jomoro believe and trust in the capabilities of Hon. Dorcas Affo Toffey in role she’s going to play in uplifting the image of Ghana through the transport sector to build the Ghana we all want,” Mr Nyamekeh wrote.
