The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Effia Constituency, Lawyer Isaac Yaw Boamah Nyarko, has made a donation of 105 Science kits to some schools participating in Connect FM’s flagship quiz contest dubbed Western Best Brain Challenge.
Four schools from Effia Constituency are participating in the 4th edition of the competition while three other schools were also selected by the candidate to benefit from his gesture.
According to lawyer Boamah, education forms an integral part of his vision and hopes to improve the sector in the constituency from the basic to the tertiary level when given the mandate as Member of Parliament.
The Connect FM Western Best Brains Challenge, a quiz competition which began with only a few basic schools within the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis and Effia Kwesimintsim municipality, has, within a space of 4 years, expanded to cover 27 schools from 11 out of the 14 districts in the Western Region.
