The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has announced that beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2026, it will have several court sessions on ongoing cases, adding that a couple of fresh cases will also be filed soon.
Among the cases to commence Wednesday is the Republic against the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Mustapha Abdul-Hamid in the matter relating to the NPA.
The OSP also says there will be a court session on the case between the Republic and former Chief Executive Officer of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Adjenim Boateng Adjei, on the contract for sale exposé.
In a post on the OSP’s official Facebook page on Monday, April 13, 2026, it said the case of former Finance Minister, Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta and 7 others, will also be visited on April 23.
It also announced that the case of the Republic vs Charles Cromwell Bissue and 2 others on the galamsey fraud issue will also continue on April 27.
