Upon hearing the news, the victim, Sister Abena sought to give credence to the accusation by saying their pastor once stole the church’s keyboard at Anyinam in the Eastern region, the reason she is sure he is the one responsible for the wife’s missing GH₵200.

The testimony given by the church member did not go well with the pastor who resorted to assaulting the woman according to Nana Yaw Asare.

The victim was sent to the hospital for treatment and has been discharged whilst the suspect is in police custody pending investigations.
