Residents of Kumasi trooped to the forecourt of the Asokwa M/A Basic School on Saturday, August 16 ,2025, to join in the fun of a communal food bazaar organised by the Akoma FM, subsidiary of the Media General in Ashanti region.
Amidst the fun-fair, some lovers of the local dish, fufu, say they were saved the cost of lunch as they were fed for free at the Akoma 87.9fm Fufu Party.
Patrons were treated to fufu with assorted soup, including ‘abunuabunu’, light soup, chicken soup, goat soup from selected chop bar operators in Kumasi.
