Ghana’s representatives at this year’s WAFU B Women’s Champions League qualifiers, Police Ladies FC, have been given a new venue for training.

This follows an official complaint to authorities of the competition about the previous venue.

The Ghana Women’s Premier League champions trained at Stade Municipal after their arrival in Yamoussoukro on Friday, August 22.

They trained on Saturday ahead of their first game against Bayelsa Queens on Sunday.

But officials of the club complained about the poor nature of the training pitch.

On Monday, the entire team were sent to LNPHB Centre, where a recovery session was held.

POLAS will play Sam-Nelly of Benin in their next encounter on Wednesday, August 27.

They lost their opener to the former champions 2-1 at the Stade Charles Konan Banny.
