Days after Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie staged the UK edition of his flagship concert, Rapperholic, in London, another Ghanaian music heavyweight is setting his sights on the British capital.
Award-winning dancehall star Stonebwoy has announced plans to host the 2026 edition of BHIM Fest in the United Kingdom.
The musician made the announcement on Thursday, May 12, 2026, through a post on his Facebook page, hinting at what could be another major international event for Ghanaian music lovers in the diaspora.
“BHIM FEST 2026…LONDON, SEE YOU SOON! 🇬🇧#BHIMFestLondon #BHIMFestLDN,” he wrote.
BHIM Fest is one of the most popular music concerts associated with Stonebwoy. Traditionally held in Ghana, the event has featured performances from top Ghanaian and international artists, attracting thousands of music fans each year.
Stonebwoy’s decision to take the festival to London highlights a growing trend among Ghanaian musicians seeking to expand their reach beyond the local market and tap into the large Ghanaian and African diaspora audience in the United Kingdom.
In recent years, several Ghanaian hitmakers have targeted the UK market by organizing concerts and fan events abroad. Sarkodie’s Rapperholic UK edition is one of the latest examples of this strategy, as artists continue to strengthen their global presence and connect with international fans.
