Former Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong is unhappy with the way and manner the country is being governed by the Mahama administration.
He noted that Ghanaians were promised “heaven” but wondered whether heaven is actually being delivered to them.
“They promised you heaven… but is this the heaven we’re seeing in just these first three months? Look around, this is only the beginning. Can you imagine what four years of this will bring?” he wrote on his X page after an engagement with TESCON members
He added, “But what’s done is done. Let us brace ourselves, draw strength from these trials, and rise above them.
“To TESCON, I say this: Lead the charge. Take the message of the NPP from house to house. Speak to every soul you meet. Tell them the truth. Tell them our story. And with your efforts, I have no doubt, we shall return.”
The one-time flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party further touted the achievements of the previous NPP administration.
“The NPP has given the gift of Free SHS to the youth of this country, opening doors to education and opportunities for those who otherwise may never have had a chance.
“This is a legacy we can all be proud of, one that will continue to change lives for generations to come.”
