The newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman for Upper Denkyira West in the Central Region, Nicholas Akwaboah (Bombay), has vowed to help the NPP increase its votes in the area in the 2028 general elections to ensure victory for the party.
He entreated all members and supporters of the NPP to come together for victory in the 2028 polls.
“I am poised for victory, and this victory is for all NPP members in the constituency.
“I am very grateful to all delegates, friends and loved ones for their immense support and prayers. Together we shall rebuild the party in the Upper Denkyira West.
Speaking to our reporter on phone, on Friday, July 17,2026, after his victory, Mr Kwaboah, pledged to lead the party with integrity, transparency, and accountability as part of efforts to strengthen its structures and secure victory in the 2028 general elections.
He expressed gratitude for the confidence reposed in him and assured the rank and file of the party that he would faithfully deliver on the promises made during his campaign.
He said his administration would be guided by fairness, openness, and collective leadership, adding that restoring unity among party members would remain a key priority.
The NPP can only achieve electoral success in 2028 if members put aside their differences, work together towards a common objective, and remain committed to the ideals and values of the party.
He further pledged to engage all stakeholders, including former executives, polling station officers, electoral area coordinators, and grassroots supporters, to build a united and formidable party capable of winning future elections.
