The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) Hall in Accra was the busiest place Friday morning as many parents and their wards stormed the premises to get school placements for candidates of the 2022 BECE.
Following the release of the 2022 Computerised Schools Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) by the Ghana Education Service (GES), candidates who couldn’t get any of their school selections are to make self placements for Senior High Schools of their choice.
This resulted to overcrowding of the premises as many of the young graduates couldn’t get any of their schools. They visited the GNAT Hall with their parents and guardians Friday morning.

Meanwhile, when TV3 visited the place, a disturbed student was worried for not getting placement after making aggregate 34.
According to her, some classmates of hers who made grades 35 and 40 even got their first and second choices respectively, and therefore doesn’t understand why she has not been placed.
She got 34 and still hasn't got a placement?
It is once again time for computerized school selection placement, and as usual, many BECE candidates have not been assigned to an SHS due to unresolved issues.#OnuaNews #OnuaOnline pic.twitter.com/TgRPzJwLWB
