Francisca Oteng Mensah, the Member of Parliament for Kwabre East in the Ashanti Region has incurred the wrath of her constituents for what they say is abandoning them after voting her to Parliament.
At a press conference organised by constituents, they say the poor performance of their legislator has left them with nothing but utmost disappointment.
The New Patriotic Party which according to the speaker at the presser was in the DNA of the constituents is no more.
They also mentioned other prominent persons in the NPP government who hail from their land but have turned their backs on them.
In a related development, the MP for Atwima Nwabiagya East, Emmanuel Agyei Anhwere had been chased out from his constituency by the residents who say the road he abandoned has claimed lives in the area.
Meanwhile, the road in question has been awarded to te Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Wontumi, who abandoned after the elections despite the exhibition of seriousness towards the project prior to the polls.
