Lying 5th before Wednesday’s clash, the Central African Republic now move to 3rd behind leaders Comoros and Mali.

Their next game will be on Monday, June 10 against the Black Stars, who are in Bamako, Mali to take on the Eagles.

Group I is wide open with Comoros yet to lose a game after beating Central African Republic and Ghana in their first two qualifiers.
