A System Analyst and Cyber Security Consultant,Yayra Koku has denied allegations churning out in public that the National Democratic Congress offered him the opportunity to work at the National Identification Authority (NIA)

Speaking to Yaa Titi Okrah on ‘Pae Mu Ka’ on Onua FM, Mr. Koku said he started working at NIA during President John Agyekum Kufuor’s era and “I can say categorically clear that his employment at the NIA was not linked to the NDC.”

“With this false information, l was sacked by the Nana Addo administration without even writing my handover note. l was asked to take my bag and luggage and leave”, he added.

He was speaking on the Ghana card registration exercise and its unending brouhaha.

“They tagged me as an NDC because Nana Addo said before being voted into office, l was writing articles against him on my Facebook [wall],” he alleged.

He says the neglection of much information by the current administration at the Authority has resulted in the numerous challenges that have engulfed the Ghana card registration.

He alleges further that they have used the registration as an avenue to embezzle funds.
