The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced that the senior national men’s soccer team, the Black Stars, will hold its first training session on Friday, May 31 at 4:30pm.

It will be the first training ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and Central African Republic (CAR).

According to the GFA, the training session will be open to the media and public.

It will be held at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, where the team will be until Tuesday, June 4 when the members travel to Bamako to face the Eagles on Thursday, June 6.

Almost all the 26 called up by Coach Otto Addo are in camp.

They arrived at the Alisa Hotel on Thursday, May 30.

Ghana are 4th in Group I of qualifying for the Canada, Mexico and United States of America World Cup after winning one game, against Madagascar, and losing one away, against Comoros.
