Nana Ohene Ntow, a senior policy advisor to Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, the founder and leader of Movement for Change, is charging Ghanaians not to retain the NPP in power.

He says Ghanaians will lose the respect of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and be taken for granted if the party is retained in power, considering how poor the State has been managed.

Speaking on Onua TV’s Maakye Tuesday, August 27, 2024, Nana Ohene Ntow, a former General Secretary of the NPP averred that “with how the NPP has administered the State, if Ghanaians vote for the NPP, NPP will never respect Ghanaians again.”

He explained that the condition within which the government has left the State is beyond reality, calling on Ghanaians to vote them out to teach them a lesson.

Ohene Ntow told host Captain Smart, that the level of hardship the NPP has subjected the citizens into, coupled with the level of corruption that has characterised the administration, does not warrant the incumbent another opportunity come December 07.

“If in this condition, NPP can win an election, Ghanaians should forget it. With the level of hardship and degree of corruption if people of Ghana vote for NPP, I’m telling you NPP will never respect the people of Ghana again, ever! By hook or crook, NPP should never win this election. I’m telling you something and I want you to take my story serious,” he stated.

Nana Ohene Ntow was suspended together with three other persons after choosing to align with Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, who resigned from the NPP to form the Movement for Change.

Responding to a letter from the General Secretary of the NPP announcing their expulsion from the party, Hopeson Yaovi Adorye, Yaw Buaben Asamoa, Nana Ohene Ntow, and Boniface Abubakar Saddique noted that they didn’t need that letter from the party since they had decided to part ways with NPP themselves.
