President John Dramani Mahama has released twelve (12) additional ministers, making 25 in total, the number of people he has appointed so far to occupy ministerial positions.
In a statement issued by the presidency Thursday, January 16, 2025, the President made three additional regional ministerial appointments to the 10 made already, making 13 in all.
Nine additional ministers were also appointed to in addition to the three made already, making 12 in total outside the ministers for the regions.
Keenly amongst the new appointments include Haruna Iddrisu for Education Ministry, Abla Dzifa Gormashie for Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, with the Ministry of Agriculture being headed by Eric Opoku.
