NPP Presidential Candidate hopeful, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has appealed to party delegates not to “frustrate his destiny” by not voting for him to win the upcoming flagbearer race.
Speaking during his campaign tour of the Greater Accra Region on Friday, October 3, 2025, Dr. Bawumia urged party delegates not to allow their personal grievances with any member of his campaign team to influence their choice of vote.
He said he cannot be held accountable for the iniquities of any member of his campaign team.
“I’m the one on the ballot, not anybody else. So, if anyone from my campaign team has offended you, do not visit his iniquities on me. You and I have no problem.
“We have no problem at all. If you vote for me and I come, I will help you so please don’t let anyone’s problem with you affect me. Please, don’t frustrate my destiny,” he appealed in Twi.
