The Black Stars are back in town after Wednesday’s 5-0 drubbing of Central African Republic in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The team touched down at the Kotoka International Airport Thursday dawn.
They were met by supporters, who welcomed them with drumming and dancing.
The team will immediately carry out a recovery session as they prepare to host Comoros on Sunday in the final qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Ghana sit atop Group I with 22 points, three more than Madagascar, who beat Comoros 2-1 away in the other group game played at the same time Wednesday.
Avoiding a draw in Sunday’s match will see Ghana book a ticket to their fifth FIFA World Cup.
