The Awutu Senya East municipality office at Kasoa has been locked by landlord over rent arrears.
The office, located at Kasoa CP Junction, was locked by the landlord on Monday, October 20, 2025, leaving clients stranded and frustrated.
According to the report gathered by Onua News, the landlord has given the institution years to honour their rent obligation but have failed to do so.
Some clients who visited the NHIA’s facility for their service on Tuesday, October 21, were left stranded due to the lockup.
Meanwhile, the landlord has refused to speak to both the media and management of the facility.
