The Savannah Regional Police Command has arrested 27 persons for drug related offences.
This is the outcome of a special Christmas operation in Salaga, Damongo, Buipe and Bole.
This is contained in a statement posted on the Facebook page of the Ghana Police Service on December 26.
The suspects, including women, were found to have in their possession, various kinds of drugs and leaves suspected to be Indian Hemp.
