A leading member of Kennedy Ohene Agyapong campaign team, Ralph Agyapong, has appealed to the New Patriotic party delegates to vote overwhelmingly for Kennedy Ohene Agyapong in the upcoming internal elections, saying he is best positioned to create jobs and reduce youth unemployment.
Speaking on Ghanakoma morning show on Akoma 87.9FM in Kumasi with Sir John, on Monday, January 19,2026, Mr Agyapong, encouraged polling station delegates not to be intimidated or coerced into voting for any candidate, assuring them that no one can remove their names from the party’s album after the elections.
He advised delegates to remain firm in their convictions and vote according to their conscience, insisting that Kennedy Agyapong represents a better future for both the party and the country.
According to him, other aspirants failed to remember party supporters when in power, while Kennedy Agyapong has consistently shown concern for the welfare of party members and unemployed youth.
He told party supporters that, Ken has a proven track record in job creation, stressing that he remains the only candidate capable of addressing the high unemployment rate, particularly in the Ashanti Region.
He called on delegates to vote for Ken if they want real development, job creation, and economic growth in the country.
According to him, what Ghana needs most is a visionary leader who can utilise available opportunities to benefit its citizens, and he believes Ken is that kind of leader.
He said Ghana should “eat what it grows, process what it grows, and export what it processes”.
