The Black Queens are set to participate in this year’s Pink Ladies Cup to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Saturday, February 28 to Friday, March 6.

The four-nation tournament brings together national teams from different parts of the world.

This year’s participating nations are Ghana, Russia, Hong Kong and Tanzania.

Both Ghana and Tanzania will use the tournament to fine-tune preparations for the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

Ghana will play in Group D in that Cup of Nations alongside Cameroon, Mali and Cape Verde while Tanzania will play in Group B with Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and South Africa.

Russia and Hong Kong will also be using the tournament to prepare for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

The Queens are expected to open camping on Friday, February 20, one week before the start of the tournament in Dubai.
