Former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has engaged with British High Commissioner to Ghana Christian Rogg.

The engagement took place at the residence of the High Commissioner in Accra on Thursday June 11.

Dr Bawumia described the meeting as a highly productive engagement.

Their discussion highlighted a “solid legacy of partnership” and a shared vision for Ghana’s next chapter.

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) said that through the UK-Ghana Business Council, which he co-chaired as Vice President, their strategic collaboration unlocked major investments that successfully delivered critical infrastructure.

“I am particularly grateful to the High Commissioner for his kind words, commending our commitment to elevating the political space by prioritizing robust, policy-driven discussions over the politics of personal attacks,” Dr Bawumia wrote on Facebook after the engagement.
