The Member of Parliament for Madina, Francis-Xavier Sosu, has collapsed.
The incident occurred when he was speaking at an event at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) on September 24, 2026.
The cause of the sudden collapse is not immediately known.
The Madina MP was sharing his personal experiences, leadership, and public service when he suddenly paused
“I respectfully submit that if you want to be a good leader, let service be your hallmark,” he said before exhibiting signs of exhaustion.
It took the intervention of the protocol team to prevent him from falling. Soon, his legs failed him and they grabbed and rushed him off the stage for medical attention.
