Asante Kotoko’s Head Coach Abdul-Karim Zito has been adjudged the Ghana Premier League Coach of the Month for December.
Asante Kotoko’s run in December, despite beginning with a 1-0 loss at Hohoe United, saw them record the heaviest win so far in the 2025/26 season.
They beat Bechem United 6-0 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, continuing a clean sheet that they kept after the loss to Hohoe United.
They edged past Dreams FC and travelled to Accra to beat bottom-placed Eleven Wonders 2-0.
No wonder goalkeeper Mohamed Camara was also adjudged the Goalkeeper of the Month.
It is the first time this season that Karim Zito is winning the Coach of the Month gong.
Meanwhile, Dreams FC’s Abdul Razak Salifu was named the Player of the Month.
