The Member of Parliament for Buem, Kofi Adams, has shared the readiness of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to work tirelessly to secure power from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in 2024.
The former National Organiser for the NDC says the NPP thought ruling the nation was easy because the NDC did that effortlessly when they were in power. But after handing over the mantle to them, Kofi Adams says they have proven they have no clue on how to manage the affairs of the state.
According to him, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President, was giving himself the accolade of an ‘Economic Messiah’ due to the better government which was in place at the time he served as deputy governor at the central bank.
But after handing over power to them, Bawumia has failed woefully in managing the economy. He says the NDC will take back power from the NPP since the hardship they have brought on Ghanaians is unprecedented.
Speaking with Yaa Titi Okrah on Onua TV’s Maakye Wednesday, September 27, 2023, Mr. Adams said the NDC has employed all its arsenals to wrestle power from the NPP in the next general elections.
