Bechem United Head Coach Kobina Amissah says his side is ready for a tough test against Hearts of Oak as they prepare for their Ghana Premier League Week 21 fixture at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Speaking to Akoma FM 87.9MHz, Kobina Amissah acknowledged the quality of their opponents but stressed that his team will focus on executing their own game plan.
“Playing against Hearts of Oak is always tough. It is not easy to confidently say we are going to beat Hearts. Our plan is to stick to our normal game and aim for a positive result,” he said.
Despite the challenge, the Bechem United coach insisted he has no fear of facing the Phobians, pointing to his experience and the quality within his squad.
“As a coach, I have no reason to fear Hearts of Oak. I have faced them many times before. The only thing that sets them apart is their big name: the players are just like any others. We also have experienced players who have proven themselves in this league, just as Hearts have,” he added.
Amissah concluded by admitting that the encounter will not be easy but he remains confident his side can secure a good result.
The Ghana Premier League Week 21 clash between Bechem United and Hearts of Oak will be played on Sunday.
