Ghana will play in Group L at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
This follows the draw held at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC on Friday.
Ghana was drawn to play England, Croatia and Panama in the tournament to be hosted by Canada, Mexico and the United States of America (USA).
It was a gathering of the creme de la creme in football as the global showpiece takes shape from Friday’s event.
US President Donald J. Trump, who graced the occasion as the Special Guest, was awarded the 2026 FIFA Peace Prize winner before the draw.
Ghana, who will be making a fifth appearance at the tournament, was the last but one nation to be drawn from Pot 4.
Defending champions Argentina were drawn in Group J to play Algeria, Austria and Jordan.
