The Awutu Bereku District Court presided over by her worship Naomi Kuntour has remanded Francis Mawunya into Ankaful prison custody for three weeks.
Following the recent killing of an 18-year-old Okada rider at Awutu Bontrase, two suspects, including 22 years old Francis Mawunya were identified with the other, 22 year old one Ben who took to heels.
The suspect Francis Mawunya is to re-appear in Awutu Bereku District Court on July 21, 2022.
Onua News’ Nana Yaw Asare in an interview with the deceased’s father, Kwame Darko called for Justice to prevail for his son.
According to him, the family will feed the police with all the necessary information for Justice to prevail.
