Asamoah Gyan, the Black Stars all time top scorer and Africa’s most decorated player as far as the FIFA World Cup is concerned, could not stand on his feet at the dying minutes of Ghana’s encounter with Korea Republic Monday, November 28, 2022.

Videos of Gyan, including the dancing of Ghana’s Speaker of Parliament, Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin in his office as well as that of many football loving Ghanaians trended on social media after the game yesterday.

Meanwhile, a picture of Ghana’s longest serving FA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi, who was ousted and banned from football activities after an investigative piece from Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ TigerEyePi indicted him has emerged with many talking about it.

Kwesi Nyantakyi watching Black Stars game with family

Including a little girl who obviously didn’t know what was going on, nine (9) persons can be found in the shot including Mr. Nyantakyi in his Ghana colours indicating his full support for the Black Stars.

The shot which was taken after the South Koreans scored their second goal to equalise revealed the former Wa All Stars (now Legon Cities FC) owner in a disappointed mood, his face depicting someone who wanted to cry.

A careful look at the image also shows he slid off the sofa with his buttocks hanging halfway on the seat with his right hand supporting him, depicting someone feels all is lost and given up.

Apart from some two persons whose faces couldn’t show, the five other people who watched the game with him including one woman were all disappointed from the look on their faces as they all expected a win for Ghana.

Meanwhile, the Black Stars secured victory after Mohammed Kudus netted a third for the senior national team and his second for the afternoon to keep Ghana’s hope alive in the tournament.
