Comoros have given a late call-up to goalkeeper Adel Anzimati-Aboudou for the FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Black Stars.
The FC Ararat shot stopper arrived in La Cote d’Ivoire to join his teammates ahead of the trip to Accra for the final qualifier.
He was part of the final training held in Abidjan on Friday before the team left for Accra.
He has six caps for the Coelacanths, who will battle the Black Stars on Sunday after recently having an upper hand in matches between the sides.
The Ghanaians’ only loss in the qualifiers was inflicted by the Islanders.
Comoros play the Black Stars in a game that could see the 2010 World Cup quarter-finalists lick their wounds should they miss out on the World Cup.
This is, however, slim as the Black Stars only have to avoid defeat to make it to USA, Mexico & Canada.
They currently lead Group I with 22 points, three more than second-placed Madagascar.
Kick-off at the Accra Sports Stadium is at 7:00pm.
