The Member of Parliament for Ada, Comfort Doyoe Cudjoe Ghansah, has said Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who is also the flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party, has already checked out of government.
She says his disappointment to Ghanaians was an automatic check out from the Jubilee House.
The Deputy Minority Whip, speaking on Onua TV’s morning show, Maakye Monday, July 29, 2024, indicated that Dr. Bawumia checked out the day he told Ghanaians he had arrested the dollar and handed the keys to the IGP.
Madam Cudjoe was speaking about the poor roads in her constituency which is creating traffic, assuring her constituents that a Mahama government will come and fix the road for them.
She explained that the numbers people see trooping to the NPP rally grounds are bused from across the entire country, urging Ghanaians not to be deceived by the NPP.
“They came to deceive us that they were going to expand the road so they came to cut a sod and barricaded the roundabout there but but it is still there causing so much traffic. Mahama will come and fix it.
“They are making noise of breaking the 8 and they are really funny to me because Bawumia himself has checked out long ago. He has checked out of the presidency a long time. If you betray Ghanaians it means you’ve automatically checked out. They’ve checked out a long time. They appear to be everywhere because they are on their way to opposition.
“The day he told Ghanaians he has arrested the dollar and given the key to the IGP for the dollar to be over GHC15.00 was the day he checked out from the Flagstaff House so the people you see around them are their own people they bus across the regions to them at one place,” she disclosed.
