Youth activist Ivan Innocent Kyei has said President Akufo-Addo’s “unfortunately ceased the opportunity and messed up” when given the chance to address the nation on the economic woes bedeviling the state.
He says the posture of the President was that of a little child reciting a poetry rather than a President whose people are in agony.
He says the government needs to take a bold step to ensure the he clears the dollar from the system to build a resilient fundamental that will uphold the Cedi irrespective of speculation or not as the government is asserting.
Ivan explained that certain things such as speculation are things that are outside the grips of government.
He adds further that the size of government should have warranted a cut in his government’s size but failed to do so.
